This policy details our commitment to respecting copyright and outlines the procedures for reporting and addressing alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, you may submit a formal takedown notice. This notice must allege that content accessible on SA Design Center infringes your copyright. We review all valid notices promptly.

Counter-Notification Process
If material you posted on SA Design Center has been removed due to a copyright infringement claim, you may submit a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the claim. We will reinstate the material unless the copyright holder files a court action.
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where the material appeared before its removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which SA Design Center may be found). You must also agree to accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.
